Shipping & Delivery
The estimated delivery time of your order can be found in the order overview as well as in the order confirmation email. Please note that it may vary depending on the item and shipping method.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This contains a tracking number as well as a link to the shipping service provider, with which you can track the status of your delivery at any time.
Delivery:
Shipping to Germany costs €3.95. (free from €49 order value)
Shipping to Austria costs €5.95. (free from €49 order value)
Shipping to Switzerland & EU countries costs €7.95 (free from €75 order value)
Return:
A return from Germany costs €4.90.
A return from Austria costs €6.90.
A return from France, Italy, Belgium, or the Netherlands costs €5.90.
A return from Switzerland or Liechtenstein costs 6 CHF.
Return & Refund
You can cancel orders from Germany within 14 days of receipt and return them to us. An exchange is not directly possible – please return the item and place a new order.
For warranty or guarantee cases, send us an email with pictures of the damage to support@born2pray.com.
Please note: We only accept unused items in their original packaging for returns. Labels must not be removed and the goods must not be soiled or worn.
Returns are at your own expense – we recommend insured shipping with a tracking number. Please keep the return receipt carefully.
If your product has defects, please include a brief description of the issue. After receipt at our logistics center, we will process your return as quickly as possible.
As soon as we have processed your return and initiated the refund, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be made using the originally used payment method. Please note that processing can take up to 14 business days.

Please understand that there may be waiting times during periods of high inquiry volume. Also check your spam folder so you don't miss our response.
If you want to change your order, please write to our customer support support@born2pray.com
However, we can only make a change to your order if the package has not yet been handed over to the shipping service provider.
An exchange is unfortunately not possible. Please return the item and place a new order.
